Why endeavor?Endeavor is a program of the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Kaiser Permanente. What began in 2019 as a plan to create a one-day event aimed at helping businesses adopt more equitable, inclusive and diverse practices—ramped up to become what is now known as Endeavor Eugene. It was apparent after several events in 2020 that there needed to be a focus on this work that went well beyond once a year. We invite you to be a part of this endeavor—to learn and grow with us so that Eugene can be a place where we all can prosper.
