#ENDEAVOREUGENE

bipoc community leaders

Promoting a diverse and inclusive community is a priority focus of the Eugene Chamber, which is why we are proud to launch Endeavor—programming focused on Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity. As we continue the important work we began last year, we are excited to share stories from local BIPOC leaders across our community. Our hope is that hearing from change-makers within our community will spark meaningful conversations that will move us forward. Beyond these campaigns, we will continue to share similar stories from other BIPOC individuals of our community, using our platform to initiate dialogue, open minds, and inspire change.
A special thank you to Kaiser Permanente and Northwest Community Credit Union who share our passion for this Endeavor and are partnering with us to make this work possible.
